We recognise that your data is precious and we take every measure to ensure that it is secure at all times of the repair process.

Your item will be collected by our nominated courier who will present you with a Swap-It box. The box will be sealed in front you with your item inside. This will remain sealed until it is received at our secure engineering facility.

Once received the item is inventoried, asset tagged and booked into our stock tracking system.

During the repair process there is no need for us to access any files or documents. All of our staff, including our engineers, are covered by the Data Protection Act 1998 and adhere rigorously to its regulations.

If the repair is unsuccessful we will store your item for 60 days. After this time the item will be destroyed and the hard drive wiped using the latest encryption software and are then subsequently destroyed.

If the item is repairable we return the item to you, fully sealed, again using our secure courier service.
