We will ask you some questions about your claim, including the details of the incident and the items involved. We may ask you for model numbers, receipts, photographs or, in the case of lost or stolen items, a police reference number and report.
If we have to arrange a collection to inspect your items we may ask for passwords required to unlock your devices. If the device can be powered on, we recommend backing up data that you will need in the future.
