Laptops, Mobiles and Tablets

Laptops, Mobiles and Tablets

Smaller devices may be brought into our engineering department for assessment by our accredited engineers. Your item will be collected by our secure courier service, who will present you with a Swap-It box. The box will be sealed in front of you with your item inside. This will remain sealed until it is received at our secure facility.

Assessment and repair time-frames will be discussed with you prior to dispatching a courier. Collection can be organised from your home, office or other nominated address.

Security

Security

Your data security is of paramount importance to us. Once we receive your item, it is inventoried, asset tagged and booked into our stock tracking system.

During the repair process there is no need for us to access any files or documents. Our staff adhere rigorously to the 2018 General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

If the repair is unsuccessful, we will store your item for 60 days. After this time all data is wiped using the latest encryption software before being destroyed.

If the item is repairable, we will return it to you, fully sealed, using our secure courier service.

Larger Items

Larger Items

For larger items, we will despatch one of our trusted accredited repair partners. Where a repair is possible and deemed to be cost effective, we will provide an authority to proceed. Where our repair partner has the necessary parts to proceed immediately, they will do so.

All repair work is carried out by accredited engineers and guaranteed in accordance with your consumer rights.
